Terms of Use

Last updated: May 3, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tasca's website, forms, resources, content, guides, templates and pre-launch communications.

Tasca is currently in pre-launch. These terms are drafted for a global website with users in Latin America, Europe and the United States, but should be reviewed once the final legal entity, public product, billing or commercial contracts are in place.

1. Acceptance

By browsing the website, submitting a form, requesting early access or downloading resources, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit personal information.

2. What Tasca is

Tasca is an operational execution system for restaurants and food service teams. It is designed to help organize tasks, checklists, responsibilities, evidence, operational communication and daily visibility.

Tasca should not be understood as a generic task app or as a substitute for legal, tax, labor, food-safety, accounting or operational compliance advice.

3. Pre-launch, beta and early access

The website may offer early access, private beta, guides, Operational Packs, templates or free resources.

Requesting early access does not guarantee invitation, availability, pricing, features, support, service continuity or launch date.

We may accept, pause, limit or reject beta requests based on operational, technical or commercial criteria.

4. Permitted use

  • Use the website to learn about Tasca, request early access, download resources and contact the team.
  • Submit truthful, current and owned information.
  • Share Tasca resources reasonably, without removing or altering trademarks, credits or legal notices.

5. Prohibited use

  • Send spam, automated forms, false data, abusive content or malicious requests.
  • Attempt to breach, scan, interfere with, overload or bypass website security.
  • Copy, resell, mass scrape, train models on or exploit Tasca content without authorization.
  • Use Tasca's brand, logo, identity, design, copy, guides or templates as if they were your own.
  • Use the website in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

Tasca, its name, logo, visual identity, copy, design, structure, resources, guides, templates, images, software, product concepts and content belong to Tasca or its licensors.

Website access does not grant you a license to the brand or content, except for reasonable personal or internal use of downloadable resources expressly provided for that purpose.

7. Resources, guides and operational content

Published resources are informational and aim to help improve operational execution in food service businesses.

Each business is responsible for adapting checklists, processes, internal policies and controls to its operation, local laws, labor rules, health requirements and professional standards.

8. Commercial communications

When you request early access, download resources or contact us, we may send emails related to Tasca, the beta, launch, educational resources or commercial opportunities.

You may opt out of commercial communications at any time.

9. Third-party services

The website may integrate third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Places, email tools, social networks or external links.

We do not control third-party policies or practices. We recommend reviewing their terms and policies when you interact with them.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, resources, forms, campaigns, beta or features without prior notice.

Although we aim to keep information accurate, content may change and we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasca will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, interruptions, operational decisions made by users or misuse of published resources.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights that consumer, privacy or mandatory law may grant you.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

Where a formal contractual relationship exists, applicable law and jurisdiction may be defined in the relevant agreement.

Until then, any dispute related to the website should first be addressed in good faith by contacting info@tascaapp.com. If no resolution is reached, mandatory rules and competent jurisdiction will apply as appropriate to the case.

13. Contact
