This Privacy Policy explains how Tasca collects, uses, retains and protects personal information when you visit our website, request early access, download resources or contact us.
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Tasca, an operational execution platform for food service teams.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit and technical information needed to operate, measure and protect the website.
- Contact details: name, email address and country.
- Business details: business type, employee range, store count and main operational pain point.
- Form content: beta requests, guide downloads, contact messages and comments submitted through the website.
- Technical data: approximate IP address, browser, device, timezone, language, source page, referrer URL, screen size and basic navigation events.
- Anti-spam and security data: form signals, IP/email rate limits, suspicious attempts and technical logs from Firebase/Google Cloud.
- Approximate location data: country selected by the user or suggested by services such as Google Places if enabled.
3. How we use information
- Manage the early access list and respond to requests.
- Send launch, private beta, resource, guide, template and commercial communications related to Tasca.
- Prepare Operational Packs, content and recommendations based on business type, country and commercial intent.
- Measure website performance, campaigns, forms and market demand.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, malicious automation and unauthorized use.
- Improve the website experience, product, content and Tasca strategy.
- Comply with legal obligations or respond to valid requests from competent authorities.
4. Legal bases
Where a law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: consent, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and protection against fraud or abuse.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting info@tascaapp.com or using the unsubscribe mechanism included in our emails.
5. Cookies, analytics and pixels
The website may use cookies, similar technologies and measurement tags to understand traffic, improve conversion and measure campaigns.
We may currently use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. In the future, we may add other advertising pixels, such as TikTok Pixel, for reasonable measurement, marketing or service-improvement purposes.
6. Vendors and international transfers
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the website, host data, process forms, measure campaigns, protect the platform, send communications or manage commercial relationships.
These vendors may include Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta, email tools, CRM, hosting, security and similar services.
These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where appropriate, we aim to use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.
7. No sale of personal information
Tasca does not sell personal information to third parties for money.
Some United States privacy laws, including California law, may treat certain advertising technologies as sharing or disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those rules apply to you, you may contact us to request opt-out or objection to such use.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, manage the commercial relationship, protect website security, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Pre-launch lead data may be retained through the launch period and while there is an ongoing relationship or reasonable legitimate interest. Anti-spam and security logs are retained for periods proportionate to their purpose.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, update, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, marketing opt-out or information about how your data is processed.
In Argentina, Law 25,326 recognizes access, rectification and deletion rights. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority.
In the European Union and the United Kingdom, if GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have additional rights and may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
In California and other US states, if local privacy laws apply, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit certain sensitive uses and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.
No digital system is completely infallible, but we design the website and forms with security controls, validation and anti-spam protection.
11. Children
Tasca is not directed to children and does not intentionally collect information from minors. If you believe we received information from a minor, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, vendor or internal practice changes. The last updated date identifies the current version.
